Location Tracker

1. Google Map (2D)
Google Map under Location Tracker allows customer to retrieve detailed information for particular site such as vessel name, network related information, vessel speed & heading, satellite used, etc.

For mobile remotes, it also provides the historical site location. Refer to Figure 8, the green marker indicates the current location data while yellow markers indicate the past location data.

2. Google Earth (3D)
Location Tracker also provides a 3D perspective of the vessel location via the Google Earth. Google Earth must be installed on the clients' machine to benefit from this feature. Google Earth is available to download free from http://earth.google.com.

With Google Earth view, a number of features such as weather forecast, directions, etc, are useful for users' operations. All 2D features are also available in 3D view.

3. Slideshow
A value added option that allows a series of Google Map site-location images for users with multiple sites.
